BBA is a vibrant community of international-minded women living abroad, currently based in Hamburg and Munich in Germany, with plans for expansion into other markets.

We are dedicated to empowering women who have chosen to pursue their professional journeys abroad. Through our diverse meet-ups and events, insightful workshops, and valuable online support networks, we foster entrepreneurship, and professional growth, and create lasting friendships.

Our goal is to provide a supportive environment where women can network, collaborate, and learn from one another while navigating the unique challenges and opportunities of living abroad. As we continue to grow, we aspire to inspire and uplift women across different cities, enabling them to thrive and make their mark on the global business stage.

From starting a ‘little group’ for women in Marketing in 2018, to the thriving community we have today with thousands of followers (formerly known as Business Babes Abroad), we are proud to provide this space. We are passionate on making it grow and creating a community that we lacked when we first moved abroad.
